it just wouldnt end. i knew the twist would be marnie was the mother. ok so it was the grandmother. beautiful movie but if its going to be so basic and stationary it needs to be a short film.

So glad I read this before I saw the film. -_- pffffffffff

Edit: Just saw it... had no effect on my enjoyment of the film as it's not about the twist. It's not a puzzle to be solved but an experience to be enjoyed. Unfortunate it went over your head.

Go watch another Michael Bay movie or a superhero one if you can't sit through an entire masterpiece like this.

This film was far from basic and stationary, I'd even dare say it could have benefited from being a bit longer actually.

Actually, I didn't want the movie to end. It was so peaceful and magical and told a sophisticated story that had me invested in the characters.
