I never thought rape but I still can't figure out what the hell it is. The script doesn't help.

Yeah, I still don't get what he was supposed to have done to the guy? I doubt he orally raped him (seems risky to put your junk anywhere near the mouth of a scared, desperate man). But he was straddling him for a reason 

It was definitely waterboarding torture. The act of torture wasn't shown but undeniably implied by showing the unopened water bottle next to the drain in the floor. The physical intimidation was meant to invoke fear of physical brutality. Then follows the waterboarding to invoke the fear of death.

He waterboared him. Standard info extraction, CIA stuff. He was only intimidating him before by sticking his crotch in the guy's face.

I didn't just watch it, so I might be remembering wrong, but wasn't it painful grunts AND water sounds? Thus pointing to waterboarding?

Wait what the *beep*? The dude raped the prisoner in the interrogation room? That's some sick *beep* I thought he whipped out his thing because he lost it in a horrible accident and now has a transplanted cobra as a penis. So the prisoner was freaking out of this mind screaming at the cobra penis...
