Not good ... did anyone read the novel
Tried to cover too much and as a result the film was uneven and badly paced. This would have been better adapted as a cable TV series.
Did you read the novel? How much better is it?
shareFor any movie, my preference is to watch the movie and then read the novel. The novel is typically paced better and contains more details, thus offering better insights. Since my first post I have delved into the novel and it's better.
