Huffing?

It was Freon, leeched from the air-conditioning unit outside, in the scene prior to them lying in the snow. Beyond stupid, I thought. "Why on earth would you do that, you're gonna kill yourselves!" I yelled at them.

And yet, they did it anyway. People in movies never listen to me. :)
But on the other hand, I guess if they hadn't done it and Teddy hadn't overdosed...there's not much of a story, is there?

So fricking stupid. (a) no one did this in the '80s, and (b) it would not have killed someone. The bad hair, makeup, clothes, anachronistic slang and attitudes, body language, vibes, etc. were bad enough---but after that point I turned it off. Incredibly lame.

EDIT: **no** one ever freaks out screaming, or passes out on mushrooms. The lameness continues.
