Final Girl
I keep hearing about the twist in the final girl, can anyone spoil it for me please. I've been looking everywhere for this movie and still can't find it. Also how's the gore in this movie? Thank you again.
shareI personally really loved the movie. Its kind off a straight faced spoof without ever winking at the camera if you catch my drift, but really honors the 80s. I found a bunch of copies at HMV a while back, if not I'm sure there's a way to find it online. The twist with the final girl is cool so I won't spoil it, but lets just say you think you know how everything is going to go down and they throw a curveball you're way... or a pickaxe....
Definitely worth seeking out though in my opinion.
I cant express how much I feel the second half of the movie made it better. Don't get me wrong certain characters were cool and all, but I always gind myself rooting for the best friends/bitchy types (Scream series/Sorority Row), but they never make it out.
The moment things take a turn for a worst I kept thinking "well there goes the next person you'd expect to survive"
You are kidding, right? Who the "final girl" was going to be was obvious from the beginning. There was no "twist" at all; the entire movie was predictable from start to finish.
I wish they had done some winking at the camera. This wasn't an homage so much as a poor remake of that style of movie. It had nothing going for it. I'm actually shocked there are people who didn't see every bit of what happened coming, and that there are people that liked this mess.
By the way, just to be a pain, it's "your" not "you're" ("you are").
As if you knew. If it's like any other horror movie, you would have thought Adrienne was going to be the one to survive. Don't act like you thought otherwise.
