WTF was that scene all about? Was she molesting her with her hand covered in sanitizer or was there some other sadistic intent like as if to "clean her" from the sex she had with that girls BF she killed?

Sanitizing her hands prior to a "check-up". Janie lied about having sex and Irma was confirming it did happen.
