Season 3 (POSSIBLE SPOILERS)

I've seen a lot of talk about whether clementine is coming back or whether she is even wanted back on the net...

Personally I think there will be a new protagonist within a group that clementine is a part of. It's just a theory but I think she'll be around but you won't play as her and she will act according to your past decisions as her. So if you always stuck with one person then she would keep loyalty to who she knew previously in the group or if she stole from the car (s1) or from arvo (s2) she would steal in season 3...

As for the 5 endings, they will find someway of resolving them within the first half an hour to a single plot point. Maybe like a different mini game to resolve the issue depending on what ending you happened to get...

What does everyone else think? Sound plausible? are there any reliable sites out there that have any info... Loved these two games can't wait for a third...

The best thing to do is follow Job Staufer on twitter. He is pr of Telltale and release hints from time to time. In his latest interview he said S3 is going to be larger than what people think, and they are trying to determine who the main charter will be. That upset me, I cant believe they would even consider anyone else although S2 endings could be Clems finale.

none of the endings looked like a real conclusive ending to me and in fact all of them left me with questions and wanting to know what would happen next... I really hope clementine is in it at least in some form. The way I saw it is that clementine was a brilliant way of showing the gamer how to survive and then because she is such a young and cool character you find yourself getting really invested in her. Would be a shame to waiste that. Lee was a cool character and i had that with lee but I think that was because his character was through the beginning and it feels like the games are more of clementines story, how she survived early, how she grows etc. woul be a shame...

I think it would be a waste to play as anyone but Clementine. She is a great character and I like to follow her journey as her.

One way you can do season 3 which I think would be cool is if it takes place several years later and you play Clementine as an adult. THat way you can go without having to kill Jane or Kenny. You can leave their fate ambiguous.

Good idea, but I watched a episode of playing dead with Robert Kirkman and he said his one main stipulation is that the telltale story timeline cant advance past his comic. Season 2 was getting close in timing of the comic with the time jump to get Clem older.

I'd like to play as Kenny.
But overall they should introduce someone new. I'd rather play as someone new each season and continue a larger story that transcends one character, than have the whole series be Clementine with a Lee prologue.
