Audience clapped at the end
I was watching Haider at PVR priya in Delhi and when the film completed, there was a round of applause from the audience. Did it happen anywhere else? The film deserved the clap though!

shareHuge Round of Applause on the introduction of Irrfan here in Esquare ,Pune.
shareBig Cinemas Sangam Andheri East, Mumbai- Audience clapped at some of the brilliantly written dialogues and the urgent action scenes, went totally bonkers at the entry of the Salman Khan fans and yes, it did applaud when Irrfan Khan entered the scene with the terrific rock music playing.
At the end, I heard even a few whistles.....
It deserves more than just a round of applause- a film which is virtually flawless...
here audience clapped too in dombivli (outskirts of mumbai)
but this is the same audience that claps for salman khan's entry in KICK as well .
So its hard to make out !!
STUNNING MOVIE nevertheless !
Well the show I was wayching was sadly filled with *beep* who didn't have any idea what was going on the screen and came mainly I think because they didn't get tickets for Bang bang. The morons were laughing during the spine chilling graveyard scene
sharethat is really sad. That scene was just brilliantly done. i have experienced such situation in cinema :s
shareYes, indeed. Because we don't get to see sensible movies in India. Even everyone clapped at the end in Bangalore.
shareAt my theater, there was a pin drop silence, but not in a bad way. It was like everyone was awestruck and stunned by the intensity of the climax graveyard scene.
shareYes...there was clapping at the end in INOX, Mumbai too.
it was totally spontaneous. Everyone was awestruck with the movie.
lots of whistles on Irrfan Khan entry.
๐What were you expecting here?๐
We watched it with *beep* in Silicon Valley bringing their 2-3 year old Daughter to the movie. A girl who couldn't stop giving a live review while the scenes were going on. And another who couldn't for the life of God keep her hands off Facebook. Regardless of the distraction; we thoroughly enjoyed the dry humor and the tragedy which went hand in hand. Tabu and Shahid Kapoor are flawless.
