Another SyFy Channel B-movie??

I was doing a search for Pompeii and came up with this gem. Couldn't help but notice the release date as well.

Is this just another one of those B-Rated flicks that SyFy Channel seems to release to capitalize on trending blockbusters? IMDB really didn't say in their synopsis.
