DVD/Blu-Ray Release with English Subtitles

My daughter, who is hearing impaired, and I saw the preview to this today... went searching for some information. Found it being released in other states here in the U.S. but nothing close to us. I also found it on YouTube but not going to watch it there. Looking for the release date of the DVD and questioning if it will come with English subtitles? Anybody have an idea?
