How did Alfie get out of his bound hands in the end scene?

Of you expect us to believe that they would let such a hardened dangerous assassin-Alfie remain without his hands cuffed????

And these time-hardened, cruel evil b**** criminals would be stupid enough not to know any better???
Plot hole......
Sad disappointment.
My own quibble. otherwise I would watch this again which means it's a good flick overall.
Dialogue was better than average although the cast mumbled too much/or the sound was set too low.
