Who were Bob and Stacey? Were they Sara's parents who decided to raise the baby? Or were they another couple who wanted a child?
I think they were Sara's sister and brother-in-law. They didn't want the baby to go to Jameson's mother, so they put Sara's sister and her husband in the contract in case anything happened to them.

Correct. Plus they as a couple also couldn't have a baby. The problem with Sara was genetic and Stacie had the same problem.

Thank you. I had wondered the same thing. Every time this is on I seem to miss the beginning or get in on it somewhere in the middle, so I had no idea who those people were to the ones who were getting the baby at first. Kind of a lame movie, though, even for Lifetime, and I watch a lot of Lifetime & LMN movies. :)
