Literally BREATHTAKING

Brings you back to the heartbreaking feeling of adolescence. Such a powerful film!

Right but poor dialogue, lines almost inaudible in the French version (foreigners have the benefits of subtitles), some nice images but generally the on-the-shoulder camera work is unstable and tiring, some scenes are too long, and there are lots of unnecessary side scenes which either do not move the story forward nor explain the feelings. The film is extremely slow to start. Actresses are OK but Sarah is difficult to tell apart from Charlie's mother sometimes.

Fine until the high-pitched tone, hope a pack of dogs attacks the director

I agree, it was unexpectedly breathtaking. I loved every part of it.
Good work, Melanie.
