I came here to say the opposite and then I see you posting this?! "The worst movie ever" posts just never get boring. How many movies have you said that about?
This is a 7/10 movie, easy. It didn't have a budget by the looks of things but the director still done a good job.
If anyone is reading this, just make your own mind up.
