It was disappointing,the fact the murders took place 10years ago and that doctor got Jigsaws X rays mixed up just wasn't anything great,I wish they would of carried on from the last one where Hoffman was locked in the room by the doctor from the first saw.

I suppose it was still a better twist than ret-conning Jigsaw being alive still, which is what I expected. Why kill off a great villain in the first place if you have to bring him back?

Yes. I agree, this movie was dumb. There was no need for another apprentice.

I thought the twist that Det. Hoffman was his helper was very "hm" when that was revealed. Did not care for it. Dr. Gordon helping him the whole time was fine but after what transpired in the movies leading up to it just left more questions than answers. Then we add yet ANOTHER helper from the beginning and really none of it makes any damn sense anymore.
