They just did not seem in to each other at all! He says he is falling in love with her and I was like "what?!" They just did not have enough time with them together and the time they did seemed boring. Also they both give up so easily even though they had just said they love each other, the whole thing was just not well done at all.

I agree with you and didn't see any chemistry between the characters.
