Is this a direct to DVD movie or will it have a cinema release?

I want to watch this in a cinema here in Philippines. But movies like this don't do well here in our country, lots of unoccupied seats, that's based on my experience when I watched the theatrical release of Ong-Bak 2 at Raid 2 here in out country. And those movies are so badass but I'm really sad when I entered an almost empty theater.

Martial arts movies like this used to be in theaters and it sucks that they are straight to video now unless you are lucky enough to live near a special theater which I am not. And the DVD is taking forever.
