Trailer... a reason NOT to see this.

Trailers are supposed to sell a movie to a wider audience, but if this trailer is accurately indicative of the film, it looks indulgent, depressing and boring. So either this trailer completely misrepresents the film or is very accurate, either way it fails comprehensively. From what I've seen I will avoid this dreary piece of supposed 'art' cinema at all costs.

Exactly.

Which is worse, the art-f@gs, or the art-f@g haters?

Based on your ratings, I think you should avoid all movies, or at least never share your opinion about them again. You gave two classic movies, I Heart Huckabees and Sin City, a 1-star rating?!?! If you consider those the worst imaginable films ever made, I beg you to stop rating movies. Please stop. PLEASE!

reply

Hey Snoopy, the rating scale is 1 to 10. I use the whole scale. I'll do as I please, if it's all the same to you. Just because you like those two 'classic' movies and I don't means absolutely nothing. Grow up.

reply

So every time you find one thing you don't like about a film, you give it a 1. I wouldn't call that using the whole scale haha. And I don't see how you could find much of anything wrong with those films anyways. I asked you so nicely to stop rating films, and I hope you'll consider it, because it's truly a tragedy that someone like you is dishing out 1-star ratings to the best movies.

reply

One thing? How can you possibly know how or why I choose to rate movie? And more importantly , it's absolutely none of your business. Get a life.

reply

You can't even provide a single justification for your erroneous ratings. You are the scum of IMDB!

reply

Hahha... 'scum' eh? Oooooh, such drama!

What whiny little sook you are.

You shivelingly say 'You can't even provide a single justification for your erroneous ratings' but open with this in your first post : 'you should avoid all movies, or at least never share your opinion about them again.'

So which is it baby boo?

If you were interested in a mature discussion I'd have happily shared the reasons why I rated those two movies so deservingly low. Instead you act out like a little bitch. I rate your reasoning skills on par with those two forgettable movies. 1/10 for you.

reply

Much like your movie opinions, you have a strong tendency to exaggerate and overdramatize. What's with all the unnecessary name-calling? Chill out, pal. Good luck making any friends in life with that pigheaded attitude. If you ever lighten up, you'll definitely think What We Do In The Shadows is worthy of 9-10 stars instead of 1!

reply

...and maybe you'll get your head out of your ass and that little monkey that makes you go stupid when other people don't like the same movies you do, out of your skull.

Though nothing you have posted here suggests hope for that.

Oh, and BTW if I could give What We Do In The Shadows a zero I would. It sucked.

reply

Perhaps you don't like those films because you're so joyless and miserable. What's going on your life that's causing you to feel this way? Sounds like you need someone to talk to and I'd feel bad if I didn't offer to listen, despite our differences in movie taste. I was obviously just joshing with you because you didn't enjoy some of my favorite movies. It's not the end of the world. Try to relax... or better yet, rewatch I Heart Huckabees and practice some of the mindfulness techniques used in the film :)
