She's gonna be the sole reason this show has cancellable ratings. Everyone else is enjoyable and humorous. She can be funny but she's too wooden/robotic and not at all empathetic. Jay Harrington gets dicked over yet again.
shareThat's just part of her charm... always has been. But I think this show might actually be able to exploit her talents beyond that robotic cold character she's always played. And does in the pilot because she rarely even on "Scrubs" completely went off the rails and lost her mind getting to show a more unstable emotional side. If the show succeeds at all it will be on her PERIOD. If it fails, also on her. Everyone else? Looks so far, from the pilot, like rather uninteresting drift wood.

shareAbsolutely. Loved her on Scrubs and I only started watching this when I found out she's in it. Never would have learned of this show's existence otherwise.
shareIf you haven't seen Happy Endings, I suggest watching it ASAP if you like Eliza Coupe! Her character is just FANTASTIC on that show. Her portrayal on Scrubs is nothing compared to her as Jane in HE.
Tip when watching: look up the actual watching order of the episodes of the first season, instead of watching them in the order that they were broadcast on TV. ABC totally sabotaged the show.

Jaded much? The Dicked over comment just about explains enough about it. Let's guess if the show were about a man getting all the ladies and being a lawyer you'd watch. A lawyer who is a female, oh no no I don't like her at all.

Ever since Happy Endings I've been a huge fan of hers.
Shame her first leading role show had to be a boring typical lawyer series.

She makes the show, although it has a good cast to help her along. This is the third show I've seen her in (people are forgetting she was in the final bit of Scrubs, where she was terrific) and she always is hyper and very funny.
She is absolutely the best thing in Benched.
I pretty much agree with everyone who's said that she's the only reason they watch, I mean it's a good show, but she is the best thing on it.
