2.9

Yikes, this board is dead, although I've tried to get some conversation going. And the IMDB rating is 2.9! I wonder how the cable ratings are doing compared to expectations?

I know people consider this "American Chopper" stuff to be dead, but considering how unpopular Senior is, I wonder how a similar show starring Junior would be doing.

Oops, as of right now it's up to 3.4, pretty lofty.

Say what you will about the show, that trike they built for the Scotch whiskey company looked pretty sweet, with the olive-ish green and the gold flake.

well, i guess it depends on how many people tuned in for the drama. most people out of the few that watch this show are the "hardcore-pro-senior-junior-owes-him-everything-he-is-ungrateful-we-are-prp-senior-no-matter-how-badly-he-behaves" crowd. i guess the formula for a junior/vinniw show would be: all people that watched american chopper minus maybe 100 senior hardcore fans minus the crowd that only tuned in for the drama. so i guess a junior/vinnie show would do pretty well. i am even sure that a show that only and exclusively covers "rick" would do better than this show.

Thats exactly true.

This show focuses more on the bikes and not on the drama. AC was popular because of the drama. Although i like this show i do feel it misses that a little bit. We will have to see how the ratings are and if there will be a 2nd season.

(also i secretly hope for a Jr. - Vinnie show)
