I Love The Show Except One Thing

I'm Mohegan and couldn't care less about the Redskin Name. Yet, rich white people with nothing better to do seem to make it their cause to change the name. Plus the actress in real life, Jane Krakowski couldn't be further from Native American, so that's a weird story line they kept.

Just a critique of the show.

Jane being Native American was a joke introduced in the first season, and they kind of ran with it. They only brought up the Red Skins thing in the season 2 finale, and I guess that was to show the history of Russ' family. I know the name can sometimes be controversial, and I thought despite Jane not actually being Native American, her character showing concern for it wasn't depicted badly. At least, in my opinion.

-Who is it?
-It's Grandpa. And it sounds like he's gotten into the horseradish again.

The whole point of Jane Krakowski being Native American was the point of the joke. She's the last person most people would cast as Native American.

Then shame on you for not caring about a racial slur being used as a team's name and your people as a mascot.

bahahaha

Yeah! How dare somebody not feel oppressed at every opportunity!? How dare they!?

whys' it a racial slur again? i forgot .

You cared enough to comment on it. Clearly, you cared enough to defend the status quo.

OP cared enough about Kimmy Schmidt to comment on the show. That's not caring about the team name one way or the other, really.
