clearly, a film like this has never been made in Pakistan and i don't think in the next 10 years something like this will come.

my complain is that when there is such an important story to tell... such a big message... it should reach masses. this treatment, no matter how fantastic it was, will not be accepted by our audience. Indian audience has matured in recent times, but even they struggle with anurag kashyap. case in point, another post on the forum asking how moor died.

you either choose a complicated story... or a complicated screenplay... you don't choose both and if you do, you lose audience. maybe a chronological sequencing would have helped considering that dialog was also minimal. the last time i remember seeing a similar treatment was Moksha by late ashok mehta. turned out a box office failure.

i loved the film and i want everyone to love it... but the problem is, everyone won't even watch it. i hope it made money so that Jami makes more films in the future. it will be a pity if he stops due to lack of commercial success.

oh and beautiful sound track.
