The most beautiful, saddest thing ever heard in a kid's movie *spoiler*

(paraphrasing) "In order to save her, he turned into a human... Fairies live for thousands of years... but as a human, they live for only one day."

Oh my god this movie is sad. It's good that it doesn't gloss over with happy endings everywhere, but damn. I really enjoyed this movie and its story and how different it was. The last Pan-related thing I saw was a reinterpretation in Once Upon a Time which I hated. I'm glad I saw this.
