I honestly think that the movie was funny and entertaining and I don't see why people hate it so much. It was good and clever. Yeah the last seen was cheesy when he raised his arms and made the faries attack but that was it and Smee was annoying but I think the movie was good though. I loved the acting it was great and Hugh Jackman did amazing, I enjoyed his performance so much. Everyone seems to hate the song Hello How low, but I really liked it and enjoyed watching it, it deserves at least a little bit more praise. It deserves an award.

I don't know why you think people "hate" it. Most of the reviews are balanced, most user votes are 6 or 7, which are decent ratings. I give it a "7". It is good entertainment but doesn't have any qualities that would push it into the "great" category.

I agree that Smee is an annoying character. Characterisation in this is a bit weak generally but I do admire the inventive twist to the Peter Pan story.
