Confused timeline

Young Nobita lives in a time that is very simple. Doraemon comes from the 22nd century, with Nobita's grandchild's grandchild.

But when Nobita travels to see his future self (only 14 years into the future, if I'm not mistaken), everything looks so futuristic. Yes this is an animated movie for kids and kids at heart, but I wonder if the makers got confused about the timeline and ended up accidentally depicting the technology in Nobita's great great grandson's time when showing adult Nobita's world.
