This is one of the best sci-fi movies I've seen in the last several years. I don't care if it is low budget. It's very well acted and written and the special effects are not bad. It is deep, complex, and touching. It is also full of tension and suspense. Very well done in all levels.
It is a crime that it is given an average of only 5.4 on IMDb.
It was very good for a B movie. I liked the pacing, and the scifi dialogue was a lot better than a lot of big budget movies. The scene on Earth when the main team is getting briefed did a good job of making them seem professional and under pressure.
shareVery Watchable movie 5/10...4/10 is where I rate my watchable movies at anything else less is just Garbage!...so it's not a crime 5.4/10 sounds about right (IMO)..but I do agree it was pretty good for a B-Sci-fi Movie.. lot better than some of these big budget Sci-fi movies

shareTotally underrated -- much better written, directed and acted than the usual low-budget indie fare. Especially the first 45 minutes is very well done -- tight, clean and believable. 5.4? More like a 6.5 at least.
shareI agree... it was a tad confusing in the beginning, but once it got rolling it was actually pretty engaging. I would rate this a 7 at least and maybe higher, as the cinematography was great and the actors played their roles well...
