The Sniffer lives in his own tall SKYSCRAPER!

I mean, come on. He lives in a freakin' SKYSCRAPER, and apparently he's the only tenant, as I never see any other cars in the underground lot, and he has his own elevator. I know it's a tall building because he's on at least the 20th floor based upon the view of other buildings. Is the Russian economy THAT blatantly polarized or what gives?

The guy charges extremely high rates to his clients. He lives in his own building so he doesn't have to smell all the tenants and all their stuff all the time. Makes sense.

Except he lives in Russia and for the police, they don't need money to get you to work for them. Definitely not enough to buy a skyscraper.

Though I thought maybe he just owns one floor and one floor of the parking garage.
