Who cares about being offensive... the problem is it's unfunny.

You've Seth's work, right? He wants to be offensive. Unfortunately, except in rare circumstance, he rarely manages to be funny while doing it, and that curse seems to have extended to those creating this show. This is probably the worse concept, least likable characters, and overall just boring thing I've seen with his name attached lately, and that's saying something.

Plus, Hank is totally phoning in shades of Comic Book Guy for the main character (I don't even care enough to remember his name). I didn't even know he was working on this, but the moment I heard the voice... "Comic Book Guy".

Aside from a similar voice and their both being fat, I don't see Buck and Comic Book Guy as analogous.

This show is satire--it's not meant to promote the racism it displays. It presents an outrageous version of a stereotype of a paranoid, Republican, middle-aged white guy to make fun of him. The racist or offensive moments may be funny to some, but we're more meant to laugh at the ludicrous characters who are creating these statements and moments.
