Just not seeing any calls to end boxing, what gives?or soccer for that matter.

Number cause of sport-related emergency room visits is Soccer. Don't take my word for it.

It's not about ending football, it's about making the risks known. Everyone knows boxing is dangerous for the brain, everyone knows scoccer is very risky for all kinds of injuries. Nobody knew that 20 years after playing football you'd have a good chance of going nutso.

Boxers don't go as hard during sparring. It can happen, but it's primarily in the actual fight where they suffer concussions, but they only fight a couple times a year. The same goes for mixed martial artists. Compare that with football players that are intentionally running into each other week after week in both actual play and in training.

Soccer isn't even in the conversation because hitting each other is against the rules and results in a penalty. Entire games can go by with no excessive physical contact. Every American football game ever played pretty much required big guys to run into each other and drag them to the ground.

If you can read this then you are trying too hard.

Heading the ball in soccer causes concussions.

Not usually for head injuries, and there isn't a lot of physical contact in soccer. So no I won't take your word for it There have been calls to end boxing for years.

Association football injuries are almost exclusively leg or shoulder related. They are short or medium term and do not cause brain damage.
