... Sleep Paralysis is when you wake up, but you can't move and you become trapped in a nightmare while conscious? Please don't jump on me. I've never experienced it and am trying to understand. After watching this movie and reading some of the threads, this is my understanding. Doesn't seem to be anything supernatural. Just projection (like in a dream), while awake/aware.

No, no one said it was supernatural, but some of the projections...monsters, demons etc were mentioned and I just wanted clarification that nothing supernatural was being claimed. Thanks for answering my question.
