when you have sleep paralysis or at least when I do, I see the things in my dream just like when I fell asleep, what I mean is that if I was looking to the ceiling I wake up in the paralysis staring at the ceiling, I think its almost just like putting night googles on you into somewhere else, I have sleep paralysis too often, and I have seen the man with the hat except that without the 2 shadow men, but it was particularly scary to see the same man in the movie it was a very similar description.
