Why Short Poppies is worth watching
Before anything else, if you love or even like Rhys Darby then you should undoubtedly watch this show. It's made in typical New Zealand style as it acknowledges the country's lack lavishness but instead addresses the harmless quirk of it's citizens. Coupled with Darby's comedic ability it proves to be an enjoyable show, rather similar to Flight of the Conchords in fact. I wrote a more extensive review on it if anyone's interested.
