Is it in the original X-Men timeline, or the post-DOFP timeline, or is it its own timeline?

Probably after DOFP. And just in 2017 I guess ?

Not 2017, I meant 2021 or so because the events of DOFP happened in 2020 or 2021 haha my bad

There is only one X-men timeline. First class> DOFP> Apocalypse> Deadpool> Logan
