After Deadpool's success, i'm glad they're doing the right thing and do this justice, finally showing us Wolverine in his full glory, with the help of the R rating.
That's who he is and PG13 just doesn't work with that character.

I do not think the R rating is confirmed yet..... its usually 2 swear words and then you are out before a R-rating can be given.
Given its used only on the 2nd page and they are hinting strongly at X-23, I would say chances are high based on the little information given so far.
The R rating was already confirmed by the director months ago.

Finally, we have an R rating that can do justice to the character.
And from the mission statement I have read, James Mangold and Hugh will fully embrace the vulnerability and pain facing Old Man Logan because of his diminished healing factor. This will be the best X-Men film ever.
