What happened after the First Lady entered Vanessa's office?

Wow, you missed almost the entire episode! OK, if you really want a description rather than finding some place to watch it, read on;

I'm not going to try and list all the various plot threads in the exact order they happened, so I'll do each one separately.

The president came in, they both acted nervous, but made an excuse. After he left, Vanessa told the first lady that the president was responsible for the crisis and she got angry. The first lady met with Darius, but it didn't show what was said. Later, he told the sniper that there was a change of plans, but that it was still on. The president later wants to know why Vanessa's attitude has changed and she makes some lame excuse. He gives her a lecture about how he'll go down in history as the man who saved the human race and how he doesn't appreciate her smug attitude. Later he's in a car with the guy who shot James at the doctor's house and he tells him that he wants him to kill Vanessa. He's planning to fire her the next day so she'll no longer have secret service protection.

The lottery winners were announced and Perry was the top winner. On the stage, it looks like they're setting up the hit as the first lady backs away from him, but nothing happens. As they're leaving, she tells him that she's through. He asks why and she tells him that she knows he caused the crisis. They go into a side room and the president orders everyone else out. He confesses that he was involved in some experiments at targeted, temporary sterility to help reduce over-population, but that the plane crash released the virus and caused the crisis. He claims that he's been trying to fix his mistake ever since. The first lady opens her arms, he goes in for a hug and the sniper shoots him through the window, killing him.

After, it's revealed that she was in on the plan because she wants one of the embryos. The vice president becomes president and gives complete control of the lottery winners and embryos to Darius. Darius plans to lock up the lottery winners in a government facility for two years and their babies will be the property of the U.S. government. All the winners get loaded onto buses, wondering where they're being taken.

James wakes up in the hospital and tells Alison to check his pocket. He also took a flash drive from the doctor's house. On it, Alison finds the list of the egg donors. She goes to one woman's house and she has become a he. She says that's why they lost track of him. He says he donated some eggs before the sex change and Alison gets them. She uses Kyle's sperm and is able to fertilize one of the eggs.

Kyle goes with the May2s to get his son back. They have a plan to use an EMP gun to disable the trucks. The leader tells him that the guards in the trucks will be no problem as they won't put up a fight. They disable the lead truck on a country road and the one with Elvis keeps on going. They block the road to trap it away from the other truck and launch smoke grenades. The guards get out and start shooting with automatic weapons and Kyle and the others return fire. Some of the guards and some of the May2s get killed. Kyle gets shot in the shoulder while attempting to get to the truck. The leader goes to put the small bomb on the truck door and gets shot in the back as he moves out of the way. The bomb blows the door open, Kyle gets Elvis and turns around to find a guard aiming a gun at his head. They stare at each other for a while, then the guard finally lowers his gun and Kyle walks away with his son. All the other guards and May2s are dead.

Alison meets with Vanessa because they've made plans to leave, but Vanessa says she's staying. Alison meets up with Kyle by a river and tells him that she was able to fertilize one more egg using his sperm. She has it in the car in a mini-cryo unit. They drive off into the sunset.
