How old is Madison supposed to be? Also, would any woman of working age consistently wear pig tails to work? I get the pig tails are supposed to represent how green she is but c'mon. A ponytail would be way more professional and functional that Madison's Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz look.

Well, they did have her take out the pigtails in the end when they realized the lost Yael. Madison was going to do what they were going to have Yael do. Maybe this was our first clue as to how she will be and look next season.

I hadn't considered that, but it makes sense. Whatever her reasons, she must REALLY like that style, because Quinn has made several snarky remarks about her pigtails, including "looking retarded" or something to that effect. You'd think since Madison wants to produce and move up in the unREAL world, she'd dump the hairstyle to suck up to Quinn.
In heaven everything is fine.
I also was wondering when the day would finally come that she will eventually get rid of those dang pigtails. But at the same time I gathered it worked good for her, for the reason of it perhaps being a slick method to help her easily manipulate the girls since becoming a producer. The pigtails kinda gives off more of innocent, good intentions vibe, and so the girls are fooled into trusting her.
