LIFE?

No way in hell should he LIFE in prison! To receive the same punishment as rapist, kidnappers and murderers is beyond me.

When the judge ruled to decline him bail, she stated something to the effect, that "she was afraid that he may MURDER someone" if she were to set bail.
Not only was that wrong, but highly prejudicial! What happened to PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY?!?!?
As his father said, "this is the trial that didn't happen"!
