Is the film really clear?
I find that in addition to being too repetitive and too long, the film does not really clarify why they did not get a permit to run a clinic from their own country.....Please respond if you know the answer.

Not a smart move on the producer's part. Some parts have English subtitles, but when another language is spoken, the subtitles simply say "foreign language".
I can't believe this film has won awards when it isn't cohesive to unless you're bilingual!
And yes, it is repetitive.
