The same thing that makes you qualified to ask the qualifications of the person asking if someone is qualified.

Curiosity.

You don't need to be qualified to be curious. That is just absurd.

Something I noticed, was that one of her scenes on the subway looked more like Vertigo than Asperger's Syndrome.

There are many degrees of AS. In myself it presents in a lowered empathy and some awkwardness in social situations. Mine by my twenties had learned mechanisms for covering it. You would most likely never know and at worst guess I was a little off.

Most have a great deal of difficulty meeting eyes.

In short there is no real way to answer your question. Like with all mental conditions everyone is different.
