Not sure why anyone would call it boring. But to each his own. It's a quiet, suspenseful, thought provoking film. The Peterpan references were beautiful and appropriate. I even cried at the end.
Too bad more films like this aren't made.
I watched it last night for the first time and really enjoyed it. In addition to the Peter Pan literature references and of course the Percy Shelly poem...there is a connection a bit to Mary Shelley's Frankenstein as well, the daughter who was made with various organ parts and such. Movie has a good storyline.
