A Breath Of Fresh Anti-PC Air...

I can't remember the last time I saw a big budget movie so unflinchingly Anti-PC. It did do service to a few PC elements, but it was bold in it's unsympathetic portrayal of arab's, for example. And Mike Banning dispatched of them with great zeal and no bleeding heart qualms. How refreshing is that? I loved it!

Is it a sign that Hollywood's looking forward to stepping out from under Obama's bleeding heart, muslim apologist reign? I sure hope so, because movies have been mostly offensive disappointments for years now.

Just to point up how bloody stupid you are, the only Arab bad guys in this movie are the few Yemenis outside the building at the end. All the bad guys in London are Indian/Stani; and white.
Don't want to say typical Trump voter; but enjoy wallowing in your blissful ignorance, moron.

Just stop. Lumping several countries covering maybe 1/3 of the globe, with totally unique cultures into 'brown people from that general region'. It beggars believe.

They are linked and it's not me doing it. The guy I was arguing with said they were Pakistani and Yemeni, but I thought Pakistan was providing aid and comfort to their "kin" Osama bin Laden(of Saudi Arabia) and Yemen is officially a part of the Middle East with Arabic as it's official language. So what gives? You people are so busy feeling superior over your knowledge, that you forget what being reasonable means. I don't study each of those little *beep* countries to understand their minor differences.

When I watch a movie, I don't make a huge distinction between people from that general region and for good reason. I do, however, see a difference between Africans and Middle Easterners.

I came here to make a similar post. The balls-out action hero cliche has been dead and gone for so long. It reminded me a little bit of Die Hard, which is cool.

Yeah the plot was stupid and the CGI was awful, but at least the action good, Butler could handle his hardware and the knife usage was oin point.

Also glad they brought back the one-liners. I chuckled a few times. Finally, an action hero that isn't some sissy, SJW beta male. Time well spent.
