Is this movie referring to Jekyll Island, Georgia? Cause if it is that is so cool! I vacation there every summer with my Dad's side of the family. Love the soccer fields there.

It's about how the Federal Reserve was serendipitously foisted upon the American public. Central Banks had been founded in most European countries around the 1850's, the US was just a little slow in aquiring theirs. In itself the Fed isn't the sole reason for currency issues per se, it can't all be dumped on their doorstep.
