Touching her cheek? And then later Lydia starts to do the same thing. Also why does Lydia start to wink her right eye constantly especially when talking to the doctor? And what was with all the bruises on Abbie's neck and the reddness on her cheek? I'm not sure what the cause of her death was but I was thinking maybe an ectopic pregnancy?

She could have been suffering very mild transient ischemic attacks that were causing numbness in her face and then she eventually died of a stroke.

Lydia seemed to have a facial tic, with her right eye.
