Dink? Really?

I thought we lived in a country where a proud African Czechoslovakian American could watch a show with his family without racial slurs directed at proud Asians.

Dink is extremely offensive to my Irish Asian American wife and my mixed African Czechoslovakian Irish American children and our recently adopted Panamanian Chinese Dominican Republican child and their lawyers will be hearing from my legal counsel immediately. How dare they?

Two different episodes used that horrific word. My Cuban nicaraguan Malaysian grandfather didn't storm the beaches of Normandy with the all volunteer North Umberland Hispanic grenadiers to have my family denigrated like that. Shameful. And btw Tim you have the physique of a lazy housewife.

Dink is one of my favorite pejoratives!

Don't you remember Elias in Platoon after the first ambush: "Police up yer ammo & frags; doan leave nuthin' fer the dinks";

And how can forget Sgt Franz from Hamburger Hill: "This is Hanh; those of you who are foolish will see him as *beep* slope, slant or dink";

Why can't you wretched prey creatures understand that the Universe doesn't owe you anything!?

Sometimes in their zeal to make great comedy, I think Tim and Eric overlook how there shows effect some of their audience.

I'm sure they mean well, though.
