Hot? Are you kidding me? The leading actress has awful loose hanging skin all over, cellulite on her tights and butt, scars in her armpits and around fake tits ... I can go on and on. For God's sake just look at the state of her elbow (scene with her and Kody at 29:30). Disgusting! I gave this stupid flick a 30 minutes chance and even that was way too much. It deserves zero star.

For starters, the (underboob) incision scar is pretty visible. Second, the PS should had used a lower profile: there is a pretty large gap in between the breasts.
