When her parole hearing comes up, the warden recommends that she not be paroled, so she plays the recording for the board. He's arrested and she goes free.
She's sentenced to 4 to 9 years and gets a parole hearing about 6 months into her sentence and they let her out because she had sex with the warden? So honestly, the warden was true to his word.
