Question about house in beginning (minor spoilers)

So I get that the same thing that happened to Austin and Tommy happened to the same people in the first house where Jane Doe is found half buried in the basement. Can someone explain to me why this random group of people (family?) had the body of Jane Doe, though? Bringing her body to the morgue makes sense, but I'm not understanding why some random family had her body.

Austin at one point said nothing happened until they began cutting into her, too. So the original group of people had to have done so as well right?

Either way, did I miss something about the first group?

In the script, it's explained that the third body, not the older husband and wife, was doing work on their house.

We can presume, since there was plastic up in the basement, he unearthed her. Probably that's where whoever was involved before dumped her.

I don't get it either. Maybe Austin was wrong, and it's not performing an autopsy that causes bad things to happen, but just being close to her body. And perhaps that's why she was buried. Previous people knew she was cursed and wanted to keep her as far away as possible.

I believe she was buried there for a long time, therefore the body was un disturbed. When the owners of the house start doing renovation they discovered the body and bring it to the service, I do not believe they necessary cut the body or hurt her in anyway they just disturbed her slumber. We have proof of that as even before they start their exam on her, we hear the radio changing music and the news of a coming storm, at that point they didn't physically touch her body.
Also at the ends of the movie just before the credit we see her interacting with the radio on the van that is transporting her body, the van driver hasn't touch her.
