ummm... didn't Brokeback Mountain win some oscars? There's also a lot of movies featuring gay protagonists, for example "Eating Out" and its many sequels.

There's a movie called "The Normal Heart" that came out a few years ago. They have two gay male protagonists and they got married in the end (It was a deathbed wedding, but still).

Why did you have to go and take such a beautiful movie and fagify it and make it all disgusting. Sexism runs so deep in society, it even shows up every time something is about lesbians. I never see people saying "what if it was two girls" on the boards of gay movies but always see it on the boards of movies about lesbians. Why can't you maculinist man-pig scum just stop trying to make everything about men. As far as Hollywood has come, lesbians, just like women in general, are underrepresented in film and TV and are shown less legitimacy and respect.
