'there's a shiksa in the mikvah!'

I'm sorry, but I just about fell out when they started screaming!
Would this really happen in life: say if a young Jewish woman with a tattoo was invited to bathe, could she not go in b/c of it? Would the pool then have to be drained and the rabbi have to re-certify it if she did?

OR if a Christian woman w/o a tattoo went in?

It's against the Jewish faith to be tattooed. It obviously wouldn't be done to quite that comic effect of someone did attend with a tattoo, but Orthodox people of any faith, are usually that way for a reason.
