i just returned from a visit to iceland, so i hope to catch this one. as of today, the only locations listed are iceland and kentucky, so will have to try to remember the various places; hopefully they made it out of Reykjavik, as iceland has SO many, beautiful natural spots one can visit by bíll (car).
I thought one of the best things about the films was the natural beauty of Iceland, esp. waterfalls, snow-covered mountains, an erupting geyser and hot water spa.
shareIceland is pretty spectacular ... they drove pretty much out in the country, though doubt they showed everything. Iceland is pretty volcanic. They shows a geyser and hot springs ... I'd love to go there someday. This movie was more than half an Iceland travelogue. I liked it.
shareI've been all over Iceland also, and it's very beautiful and interesting. They showed a few of the highlights in the movie, but they were overshadowed by the actors being super annoying, and the dialogue terrible. Keep your memories of Iceland and skip the movie.
